Other Events.

On October 21, 2019, Hess Midstream Partners LP (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the early tender results of its previously announced private offer to exchange certain outstanding debt securities issued by Hess Infrastructure Partners LP and Hess Infrastructure Partners Finance Corporation for new debt securities of the Company.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
