Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) is reporting that the U. S. Supreme Court has denied the Company’s petition for certiorari requesting review of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision in Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. v. Roxane Laboratories, et al. That decision upheld the invalidation of certain Ampyra^® patents in litigation against various generics manufacturers.
