Visionstate Corp. (TSX-V: VIS) (“Visionstate” or ‘the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Duke as VP Corporate Development. Jim has been a member of Visionstate’s Board of Directors for five years and has a strong understanding of the Company's operations and strategic direction. His primary role would be to assist in raising the profile of Visionstate Corp. by ensuring transparent and consistent shareholder communication, as the Company expects a steadier news flow in the coming months with a few press releases already in the works.

Jim Duke has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, working as a branch manager & financial advisor for several large financial brokerages throughout his career.
