Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 6, 2019, Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a labor strike had been initiated at the Company's Stockton, California facility. A copy of the press release dated September 6, 2019 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
