Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective August 16, 2019 Alan Moret retired as President of Delek Logistics GP, LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP (the “Partnership”).

Ezra Uzi Yemin has been appointed President of the General Partner effective August 22, 2019. The Partnership’s SVP of Operations will report to Mr. Yemin. Mr. Yemin is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner, positions he has held since 2012, and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Delek US Holdings, Inc., positions he has held since 2012, 2004 and 2001, respectively. Because Mr. Yemin is an employee of Delek US Holdings, Inc. and is not directly employed by the General Partner or the Partnership, he will receive no additional compensation as a result of being appointed President of the General Partner.
