Fintech Select Ltd. (“Fintech Select” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: FTEC) reports that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Andre Itwaru from the Company's board of directors as of June 10, 2019 for personal reasons. Mr. Itwaru had served as Chair and as a director of the Company since May 2017.

The Company has appointed Mr. Mujir Muneeruddin as a new director and will start the process of filing his application to the TSX-V for approval. The Company is actively seeking additional directors and may make one or more appointments in the future.
