Arcadis reports transactions under its current share buyback program

21 May 2019 - Arcadis (EURONEXT:
ARCAD), the leading global Design & Consultancy
organization for natural and built assets, has repurchased 113,369
of its own shares in the period from 13 May 2019 up to and
including 17 May 2019 at an average price of €16.47. This is in
accordance with the buyback program that we started in order to
cover obligations from employee incentive plans, announced 25
February 2019. The consideration for this repurchase was €1.9
million.
The total number of shares repurchased under this
program to date is 626,329 shares, for a total consideration of
€9.9 million.
