Houston American Energy Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release on May 20, 2019 announcing commencement of fracking operations on its Frost #1H well in Yoakum County, Texas. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01.
