Auris Medical Holding Ltd Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule

Auris Medical Holding Ltd. (NASDAQ: EARS), a clinical-stage company
dedicated to developing therapeutics that address important unmet
medical needs in neurotology and central nervous system disorders
(the “Company”), announced today that it has received written
notification from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) notifying
the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid
price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for
continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”).. The
Panel determined that the Company is in compliance with all
applicable Nasdaq listing standards, that its common shares will
continue to be listed on Nasdaq and that the Panel considers this
matter closed.
