Item 8.01 Other Information.

On May 17, 2019, Coty Inc. (NYSE: COTY) (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Fiona Hughes as Chief Marketing Officer, Coty Consumer Beauty, and as a new member of the Company's Executive Committee, effective June 12, 2019.
