ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On May 10, 2019, Veritex Community Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Veritex Holdings, Inc., completed the sale of its branch located in the Austin, Texas area. A copy of the press release announcing the completion of the sale is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
