The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Cassava Sciences , Inc. was held on May 9 , 201 9 . Of the 17,219,300 shares of our common stock entitled to vote at the meeting, 14,314,688 shares, representing approximately 8 3 % of the total votes eligible to be cast, were represented at the meeting in person or by proxy, constituting a quorum. F inal results of the stockholder vote on each proposal brought before the Annual Meeting were as follows:
