National insurance company to implement Deluxe eChecks solution for digital payment delivery

Deluxe Corporation announced that it has reached an agreement with The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. to provide Deluxe eChecks solutions for property and casualty payment disbursement.

This new relationship will allow The Hanover to provide simultaneous digital delivery of payments and related claims information through one platform. By using Deluxe eChecks, The Hanover will now be able to deliver claims settlement and reimbursement checks at the speed of email.

Insurance customers today often receive paper checks and claim information through the mail. Claimants can deposit printed eChecks at their financial institutions, just like paper checks. This digital delivery of an eCheck now provides faster payment to a claimant while reducing disbursement costs to The Hanover.

The Deluxe eChecks solution is integrated with PayPilot Disbursement Hub from Prelude Software, Hanover’s existing comprehensive payment processing platform. Through a relationship forged with Prelude Software, Deluxe offers The Hanover speed to market, and significant savings in not having to install and integrate new payments software.
