Item 8.01 Other Events

Znergy, Inc. ( “Znergy” or the "Company") announced it has established new regional sales, service and distribution offices in Missouri, Texas and Florida..

These new locations are indicative of Znergy’s national growth plan, with regional offices supporting adjacent areas. The Florida office is led by Znergy CEO Rick Mikles, while the Missouri office is led by Kansas City-based Eugene Butler and the Texas office is led by Cary Baskin. Further regional offices are under consideration.
