BJ’s Wholesale Club (NYSE: BJ) today announced a $50,000
donation from the BJ’s Charitable Foundation to Feeding Tampa Bay,
a Feeding America® member food bank. BJ’s donation will provide
fresh, nutritious food to people who are food insecure and lack
consistent and easy access to healthy meals. The donation also
celebrates BJ’s upcoming club opening in Clearwater, Florida.

expanding our partnership with Feeding Tampa Bay to help relieve

In 2018, BJ’s donated over 193,000 pounds of fresh, nutritious
food to Feeding Tampa Bay, helping to provide over 160,000 meals to
West Central Florida families through its Feeding Communities®
program. The new Clearwater club will expand this program and
donate unsold produce, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy and bakery
products daily to reduce food waste and provide wholesome, fresh
food to neighbors in need.
