Inc. (NASDAQ: IDXX), a global leader in veterinary diagnostics,

announced that Sharon Underberg has
been appointed the Company's Corporate Vice President, General
Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, effective March 1, 2019. In this role, Ms. Underberg
leads IDEXX's global legal and compliance teams, and the office of
the Corporate Secretary. She succeeds Jacqueline Studer, who has been IDEXX's
Corporate Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary
since 2014.

Underberg comes to IDEXX from Eastman Kodak Company, where she
served for nearly three decades in roles of increasing
responsibility and complexity for Kodak's global legal
organization. For the past four years, she served as the General
Counsel, Secretary, and Senior Vice President of Kodak, with
responsibility for the company's global legal, compliance, and
corporate secretarial functions, providing counsel to the senior
leadership and the company's Board of Directors.
During her tenure at Kodak, Underberg partnered across the
organization to help navigate a multitude of successful global
commercial transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures,
joint ventures, and corporate financings. Many of her
accomplishments supported new market opportunities and business
transformations to position Kodak for long-term success.
Prior to joining Kodak, Underberg was an attorney in the
New York office of international
law firm Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright).
