Item 2.01

Completion of Acquisition of Disposition of Assets


On February 26, 2019, EPHS Holdings, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (“EPHS” or the “Company”) closed on the acquisition of a 56-acre industrial property in Merritt, British Columbia, Canada. The property is zoned for both cannabis and technology infrastructure. EPHS believes that the site is suitable to continue growing the Company ’ s cannabis cultivation activities and intends to use the property as a cultivation facility and campus.
