Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 17, 2019, Indoor Harvest Corp (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing: (i) information relating to its upcoming special meeting of its stockholders; (ii) a joint venture; (iii) that it is moving its corporate headquarters; (iv) that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alamo CBD, is a pending applicant to produce cannabis in Texas; and (v) summary guidance for 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
