(1)	50,000 of the Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") were granted on 2/15/2018 and 31,136 of the RSUs were granted on 7/30/2018 and vest in five (5) equal annual installments commencing on the one-year anniversary of 3/5/2018 and 8/5/2018, respectively, provided that the Reporting Person has provided continuous service to the Issuer through such vesting date.
