Investor Conferences

The officers of Inogen, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the 2019 J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, which begins on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 8:00am PT, and the 21 ^st Annual Needham Growth Conference in New York City, which begins on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 8:00am ET. The Company’s officers are scheduled to present at the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at 3:30pm PT and at the Needham Growth Conference on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 2:10pm ET. During the conferences and in separate sessions with analysts and investors, our officers will refer to an updated slide presentation. A copy of this updated slide presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Included in this updated slide presentation is an updated inside sales representative headcount of 446 as of December 31, 2018 and certain additional information with respect to the oxygen therapy market.
