Other Events.

On January 3, 2019, Waste Connections, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the dates for its fourth quarter 2018 earnings release and 2019 outlook, the investor conference call related to the earnings release and outlook, and certain events at which executives of the Company currently plan on presenting during the first quarter of 2019. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
