PXS Invesco FTSE RAFI US Fundamental Index ETF II

TORONTO, Dec. 27, 2018 /CNW/ - Invesco today announced the final December 2018 cash distributions for its Invesco exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Estimated monthly and quarterly cash distribution rates were announced by Invesco Canada on December 19, 2018. Unitholders of record on December 28, 2018 will receive cash distributions payable on January 8, 2019.

Further, Invesco today announced the final annual reinvested distributions for its Invesco ETFs. Estimated annual reinvested distribution rates were previously announced by Invesco Canada on December 19, 2018. Unitholders of record on December 28, 2018 will receive these distributions, which will generally consist of capital gains and return of capital. The ex-dividend date will be December 27, 2018. The distributions will be reinvested and the resulting units immediately consolidated, so that the number of units held by each investor will not change and there will be an increase in the adjusted cost base of the investment. Investors holding their units outside registered plans will also have taxable amounts to report.

The tax characteristics for all distributions declared in 2018 will be reported before the end of February 2019.
