Other Information

On December 19, 2018, Check-Cap Ltd. (the “Company”) withdrew the proposals to approve an amendment to compensation terms and a one-time award of equity based compensation to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer that were on the agenda for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company that was due to be held on December 20, 2018. Accordingly, the Extraordinary General Meeting has been cancelled. The Company plans to convene a meeting at a later date following further shareholder engagement.
