On December 11, 2018, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated June 29, 2018, by and among Reliance Industries Limited, an Indian corporation (“ Reliance ”), Integrated Cloud Orchestration (ICO), Inc., an Oregon corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance (“ Merger Sub ”), and Radisys, Merger Sub merged with and into Radisys (the “ Merger ”) with Radisys surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance.

As a result of the Merger, Radisys has terminated all offerings of its securities pursuant to the Registration Statements. In accordance with an undertaking made by Radisys in the Registration Statements to remove from registration, by means of a post-effective amendment, any securities that remain unsold at the termination of the offerings, Radisys hereby removes from registration any and all securities of Radisys registered under the Registration Statements that remain unsold as of the date hereof.
