On December 10, 2018, Synergy CHC Corp. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s CEO and Chairman, Jack Ross, via his holding company Gowan Capital Inc., purchased 1,225,034 shares of the Company’s common stock from various stockholders of the Company.
