Explanation of Responses:
(1)  Grant of restricted stock unit ("RSU") under the Issuer's 2016 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A common stock. The RSUs have a vesting commencement date ("VCD") of December 1, 2018, and vest in quarterly installments over a one-year period, subject to time- and performance-based conditions.
(2)  Includes 4,166 shares acquired through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan on November 15, 2018.
(3)  The shares were withheld at the election of the Reporting Person to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the partial vesting of a Restricted Stock Award granted December 23, 2016.
(4)  The shares were withheld at the election of the Reporting Person to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the partial vesting of a Restricted Stock Award granted December 1, 2017.
(5)  The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
(6)  The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $146.50 to $146.67, inclusive.
