Notification of important changes concerning voting rights under article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and article 7a par. 6 case c of L. 3864/2010

National Bank of Greece S.A. (“the Bank”) announces according to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and article 7a par. 6 case c of L. 3864/2010, the following:

1. Pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of L. 3556/2007:

Following a relevant notification that the Bank received from Blackrock, Inc. on 21.11.2018, BlackRock, Inc. holds indirectly as of 20.11.2018 voting rights that correspond to an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, as well as other financial instruments that provide the right to acquire shares which incorporate voting rights, above the 5% threshold of the total voting rights of the Bank, including common, registered, voting shares held by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (“HFSF”).

The voting rights are analysed as follows:

2. Pursuant to the provisions of article 7a par. 6 case c of L. 3864/2010:

Following a relevant notification that the Bank received from BlackRock, Inc. on 21.11.2018, BlackRock, Inc. holds indirectly as of 20.11.2018 voting rights that correspond to an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares, as well as other financial instruments that provide the right to acquire shares which incorporate voting rights, above the 5% threshold of the total voting rights of the Bank, excluding common, registered, voting shares held by the HFSF, which are subject to the restrictions of article 7a of L. 3864/2010.
