Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective November 19, 2018 Crawford C. Lipsey's service as interim Chief Operating Officer of LSI Industries Inc. ("LSI") ended. LSI appointed Mr. Lipsey on an interim basis effective April 23, 2018 while LSI conducted a search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer and President. As previously reported, the search resulted in the employment of James A. Clark as LSI's CEO and President which began on November 1, 2018.
