its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on November 14, 2018.
The nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated
October 1, 2018 (the "Circular") were
elected as directors of the Corporation. The results of the vote

In addition, at the annual and special meeting of shareholders,
the shareholders of the Corporation:
- Appointed Wolrige Mahon LLP as the auditors of the Corporation
for the ensuing year and authorized the directors of the
Corporation to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
- Approved all unallocated options under the Amended and Restated
Stock Option Plan (the "Plan") and ratified and approved the grants
of all options under the Plan since September 29, 2017.
