Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 31, 2018, Keane Group, Inc. (“we” or the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.

On November 1, 2018, the Company will hold a conference call at 7:30 a.m. Central Time (8:30 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss the Company’s third quarter 2018 results.
