Aquantia and Akitio Collaborate to Deliver 10GbE Docking Station to the Laptop Market

Aquantia Corp., (NYSE: AQ), a leader in high-speed, Multi-Gigabit Ethernet connectivity solutions, today announced that Akitio has selected the award-winning Aquantia AQtion AQC107 Ethernet controller for their new Thunder3 Dock Pro with 10GbE. For the first time, both macOS and Windows notebook users will be able to achieve the highest level of networking speeds available through this new docking station. A single cable connected to the Akitio Thunder3 Dock Pro not only provides a 10GbE port, but also a variety of other connections including an SD 4.0 card reader, a CFAST 2.0 card reader, an eSATA port, a DisplayPort, an additional Thunderbolt™3 port and three USB 3.1 ports.
