--Three international beer companies in India were raided by that country's antitrust agency Thursday, Reuters reports, citing "three sources with direct knowledge of the matter."

--The Competition Commission of India raided the offices of India's United Breweries Ltd., Denmark's Carlsberg A/S (CABGY) and Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A. (BUD) in at least two cities, the report said.

--The three companies had been the focus of an antitrust investigation over the past year, Reuters said, citing "a source with direct knowledge of the inquiries."
