EXPLANATORY NOTE:
On
September 20, 2018, the Registrant entered into a holding company merger whereby the Registrant became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acxiom Holdings, Inc. Concurrently with the holding company merger, the Registrant filed on Form 15 to terminate
further reporting obligations. However, in filing the Form 15 following effectiveness of the merger, the number of holders of record should have been one (i.e., Acxiom Holdings, Inc.). This amendment amends the previously filed Form 15 and is being
filed upon the effectiveness of the Registrant’s Form 25 filed on September 20, 2018.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934, Acxiom LLC, as successor to Acxiom Corporation, has caused this certification and notice to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned duly authorized person.
