	(1)	On September 28, 2018, the Company begun filming the pilots and sizzle reel for CryptoCake.

	(2)	The Company has branded an Instagram account: @ CryptoCakeTv. The Company will provide photo and video updates on the Instagram account. The account currently has approximately 83,000 followers.
