On October 3, 2018, Oasmia Pharmaceutical AB (“ Oasmia ”) issued a press release (the “ Release ”) presenting positive efficacy and safety data for Doxophos Vet in treatment of naïve dogs with lymphoma. A copy of the Release is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.
