Other
Events.
On
Tuesday, September 18, 2018, the Company’s management terminated the Company’s ClickDirectPay service due to over burdensome
regulations and lack of user despite large number of sign ups, including the crypto-currency payment processing service. The Company’s
website for the ClickDirectPay products has been decommissioned. Beginning in May 2018, the Company began shifting its focus to
consulting services related to helping private companies access US capital markets by going public. The Company currently has
2 clients. As a result, the Company will no longer focus operations on anything related to payment processing or crypto-currencies,
generally.
