Regions Bank announced today that Ryan Stash has joined the
Energy & Natural Resources group as a Managing Director with an
emphasis on covering corporate clients and prospects across the
entire energy platform to support Regions’ capital markets
expansion. Stash will be based in Houston, Texas, and will report
to Brian Tate, Executive Managing Director of Regions Securities
LLC, and group head of Energy & Natural Resources.

Stash brings more than 16 years of investment banking, capital
markets, and consulting experience. Stash has originated,
structured, and executed numerous complex, event-driven financings
and provided advisory services for upstream and midstream clients.
Over his career at Wells Fargo Securities, Stash has a demonstrated
history of developing relationships and originating lead roles that
significantly impact a broader capital markets and advisory
platform. Stash earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business,
a Masters in Professional Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business
Administration, all at the University of Texas at Austin.
