Item 5.02		Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 13, 2018, General Cannabis Corp eliminated the position of Chief Administrative Officer. As a result, Ms. Shelly Whitson, who held that position, was terminated effective August 13, 2018.
