Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, (the "Company") conducted the previously reported investor conference call on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, and discussed the Company's financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2018. A copy of the transcript of the investor conference call is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K/A, Amendment Number One.
