Item 8.01 Other Events

On August 15, 2018, IF Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), the holding company for Iroquois Federal Savings and Loan Association, announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.125 per common share. This reflects a 25% increase over the Company's last dividend paid in April 2018. The dividend will be paid on or about October 19, 2018, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 24, 2018. A copy of the Company's press release announcing the Company's cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

In addition, the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on November 19, 2018.
