Dr. Michael C. Smatt

Dr. Smatt has been the Director and Founder of the Madison Avenue Chiropractic Center since 1980.  He is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College, Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Legislative Advisor to the New York Chiropractic Council, Officer and Director of the Political Action Committee and a member of the Legislative Committee of the International Chiropractors Association. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards recognizing his chiropractic achievements including: the Beacon Award, naming him Chiropractor of the Year 1997-1998, the Assemblyman Peter Mirto Award in 1998 for his legislative victories, elected a Distinguished Fellow of the International Chiropractors Association in 1999, was honored by Governor George E. Pataki in September, 1999, received a lifetime membership to the International Chiropractors Association in 2005, received the prestigious B.J Palmer Award of Excellence from the Connecticut Chiropractic Council in 2005 and was honored by Today's Chiropractic Leadership as one of the Mavericks, Geniuses and Icons changing the world for the better in December, 2015.

Dr. Smatt has been featured in numerous television shows and magazine articles including the Dr. Oz Show, Woman's Day Television, and has been on the cover of several magazines including: Today's Chiropractic Magazine, Hooked on Health Magazine and the Enquirer Magazine with his patients, Donald Trump, Marla Maples Trump and later with Gloria Steinem. Dr. Smatt was instrumental in the passage and enforcement of the Insurance Equality Law in 1997 which requires insurance companies to provide coverage for chiropractic care.

Since 2007, he has also served as an Advisory Board Member for Healthcorps, working with founder Dr. Mehmet Oz to educate youth on exercise, nutrition and mental resilience.

Ambassador Jack Brewer

Amb. Brewer is the Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager of The Brewer Group, Inc. (“TBG”), which makes principal investments into public and private growth companies. TBG combines its business development capabilities and vast media and marketing expertise to add value to emerging and frontier companies. Amb. Brewer is a former professional NFL athlete, captaining three teams during his professional sports career.  Subsequently, he joined Merrill Lynch in New York City where he ranked in top one percent in his class across the firm.  He has significant financing experience through serving as an Investment Banker at Paramount Bio and subsequently Managing Director at Opus Point Partners, a biotech focused hedge fund.

Amb. Brewer is also an accomplished Executive Producer, spanning art, music, sports, fashion and film productions.  He currently serves as an active contributor for major news and print media and regularly appears on Fox Business, Fox News, MSNBC, CNN and CNBC.

In addition to his business endeavors, Amb. Brewer is an impactful and passionate philanthropist.  He is Founder and Executive Director of The Jack Brewer Foundation (JBF Worldwide), Ambassador and Spokesperson for the National Association of Police Athletics/Activities Leagues and former Ambassador for Peace and Sport for the United Federation for Peace and Sustainable Development at the United Nations.  He has also served as Senior Advisor to the former President of Malawi, advising on several ongoing economic development initiatives, including healthcare, education, agriculture, microfinance, scholarship, infrastructure and sports programs and continues to provide ongoing support to individuals living in extreme poverty.
