On August 9, 2018 , Ditech Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2018 , as well as updates on operational highlights for the Company. On the same date, the Company posted earnings presentation materials, which include a financial supplement, on its investor relations website at http://investor.ditechholding.com. These materials are being made available in connection with the Company’s earnings conference call and audio webcast on August 9, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. ET.
