Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of Methode Electronics, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Joseph Khoury, age 54, to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Khoury was Senior Vice President of the Company since 2015 and was Vice President of the Company from 2007 to 2015.
