Other Events.

 

 

On July 13, 2018, the Company disclosed to the Nasdaq Stock Market that the record date of the Permitted 2018 Rights Offering, previously disclosed on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on July 3, 2018, which is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01, will be July 23, 2018. The Company will provide additional information with respect to the Permitted 2018 Rights Offering on the record date.
