Announcement Regarding the Resignation of the Member of Board of Directors

Mr. Bekir Pakdemirli, who was appointed to Board of Directors of our Company on August 15 ^th , 2013 and served as a member of Board of Directors, Early Detection of Risks Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Candidate Nomination Committee since then, has resigned from his duties.
