Wilks, in his capacity as a managing member of Wilks Brothers, LLC (ii) Farris Wilks, in his capacity as a managing member of Wilks Brothers, LLC and (iii) Staci Wilks. Dan H. Wilks and Staci Wilks are husband and wife and Dan H. Wilks and Farris Wilks are brothers.
