The new concierge, delivered by Ten Lifestyle Group, blends traditional hands-on service with a unique, state-of-the-art digital platform. Its almost 600 Lifestyle Managers work around the clock in 26 languages, offering unrivalled global support and service. Ten Lifestyle Group can get reservations at the most sought-after restaurants around the globe and has a 92 percent success rate in securing hard-to-get tickets for sport, music and the arts.

“We know that our clients want the exclusivity that money can’t buy, combined with the convenience of accessing concierge services on the move. Whether they use the concierge service through their desktop computer, mobile or tablet or make a phone call, they will have 24/7 access to the best the world has to offer. They can get their travel, tickets and dining and experiences organized better, faster and personalized to their needs,” said Toby Chan, Group Head of Jade at HSBC.

Ten Lifestyle Group deals directly with airlines and ticketing providers, so it can pass on the best available prices for flights in key markets and can provide concert tickets at face value whenever possible, even for the most popular gigs.

According to the 2017 Capgemini World Wealth Report, the high-net-worth population continues to grow rapidly with its wealth predicted to surpass $100 trillion by 2025.

“With HSBC Jade we are bringing some of the features and services traditionally associated with private banks to a wider range of clients, while giving them access to the best of our wealth management capabilities and the convenience of our everyday banking and global reach. We are filling a significant need in the banking market for our Jade clients around the world,” said Pablo Sanchez, Regional Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management for North America.
