--OMV AG (OMV.VI) Chief Executive Rainer Seele says the Austrian energy company is seeking talks with Norway to address the country's concerns over a planned deal to swap assets with Russia's Gazprom PJSC (GAZP.RS), Reuters reports.

--OMV agreed in 2016 to swap about 39% of its Norwegian assets for 25% of Gazprom's Urengoy gas field.

--Norway's energy minister is concerned that the deal would give Gazprom access to the Norway's continental shelf.
