Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The share were acquired from Xianfu Han and Weili He pursuant to certain securities purchase agreement dated May 16, 2018 in consideration of Hou Sing International Business Limited's ("Hou Sing") forgiveness of debt of $5,900,000 owned by Xianfu Han and Weili He.
(2)	Since the Reporting Person is the sole shareholder and sole director of Hou Sing, he may be deemed as the beneficial owner of the shares owned Hou Sing.
