REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On May 29, 2018 Severn Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of three cents ($0.03) per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on June 18, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 8, 2018. A copy of our press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
